Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ringwood Blinds & Flooring Brand Launch Gift Card Promotion.

1. About the promotion

Eligible customers can receive a $50 eftpos Gift Card for every $1,000 spent on an eligible Ringwood Blinds & Flooring project, up to a maximum eligible spend of $5,000.

The maximum gift card value available under this promotion is $250.

2. Promotion period

The promotion starts on 1 September and ends on 30 September.

To be eligible, the customer must accept their quote and pay the required deposit during the promotion period.

Projects accepted before 1 September and ends on 30 September are not eligible, unless Ringwood Blinds & Flooring agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Eligible projects

To be eligible, the customer must proceed with a quoted Ringwood Blinds & Flooring project during the promotion period.

The gift card amount is calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer for the eligible project, excluding GST, refunds, credits, cancelled items or amounts not ultimately paid.

4. Gift card amount

Eligible customers will receive a $50 eftpos Gift Card for every full $1,000 spent, excluding GST.

Partial amounts do not qualify for an additional gift card amount.

For example:

  • $1,000 excluding GST = $50 eftpos Gift Card

  • $2,500 excluding GST = $100 eftpos Gift Card

  • $5,000 excluding GST = $250 eftpos Gift Card

The maximum gift card amount payable under this promotion is $250 per eligible project.

5. When the gift card is issued

The gift card will only be issued after:

  1. the customer’s project has been completed;

  2. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring has received full and final payment from the customer; and

  3. the project has met all eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions.

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring will aim to issue the gift card within a reasonable time after final payment has been received.

6. Not valid with other offers

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ringwood Blinds & Flooring offer, promotion, discount, gift card, voucher, rebate, referral payment, community donation offer, special deal or package offer, unless Ringwood Blinds & Flooring agrees in writing.

If more than one offer could apply, Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may ask the customer to choose which offer they would like to use.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

If the customer cancels their project, does not proceed, does not pay in full, or receives a refund or credit, no gift card will be payable, or the gift card amount may be adjusted.

If the final project amount changes after the original quote, the gift card amount will be calculated on the final amount actually paid by the customer, excluding GST.

8. Gift card terms

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer.

The eftpos Gift Card is issued by a third-party gift card provider and may be subject to activation, expiry, usage and redemption conditions set by that provider.

eftpos is not a sponsor of, or otherwise associated with, this promotion. Any use of the eftpos name or logo is for the purpose of identifying the type of gift card only.

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards once issued, except where required by law.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash from Ringwood Blinds & Flooring and cannot be exchanged for a discount, refund or other benefit.

9. Customer rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or changes any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

10. Promotion changes

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may change, pause or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any eligible customer who accepted their quote and paid their deposit during the promotion period before the promotion was changed or withdrawn will continue to be eligible, provided these Terms and Conditions are met.

11. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring ’s decision

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may make reasonable decisions about eligibility, promotion application and gift card calculation. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring will act fairly and in good faith when applying these Terms and Conditions.
