Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ringwood Blinds & Flooring Community Donation Offer.

1. About the offer

Under this offer, eligible customers may nominate an approved local school, sporting club or community organisation to receive a donation from Ringwood Blinds & Flooring if the customer proceeds with their quoted project.

The donation will be equal to 2.5% of the final amount paid by the customer to Ringwood Blinds & Flooring for the eligible project, excluding GST, refunds, credits, cancelled items or amounts not ultimately paid.

This offer is designed to support local schools, sporting clubs and community organisations. It is not a discount, rebate, refund or cash payment to the customer.

2. How to participate

To participate, the customer must tell Ringwood Blinds & Flooring that they wish to nominate a school, sporting club or community organisation before accepting their quote and paying their deposit.

Nominations made after the quote has been accepted or after the deposit has been paid may not be eligible.

3. Eligible projects

To be eligible, the customer’s project must have a final project value of at least $4,000 excluding GST.

If the final project value is less than $4,000 excluding GST, no donation will be payable under this offer.

4. Eligible organisations

The nominated organisation must be a school, sporting club or community organisation approved by Ringwood Blinds & Flooring.

The current participating list are as follows:

1. Bimbadeen Heights Primary School
2. Heatherdale Recreation & Bowls Club
3. St. Peter Julian Eymard Mooroolbark

Only pre-approved organisations are automatically eligible. Customers may nominate another school, sporting club or community organisation for Ringwood Blinds & Flooring to review, but the nomination will only be eligible if Ringwood Blinds & Flooring approves the organisation.

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may decline a nominated organisation if it is not suitable for the offer, cannot receive the donation, cannot be verified, or does not meet Ringwood Blinds & Flooring’s reasonable eligibility requirements.

5. Donation amount

The donation amount is calculated as 2.5% of the final amount paid by the customer for the eligible project, excluding GST.

For example, if the final project amount is $4,000 excluding GST, the donation would be $100.

The donation is calculated on the final amount actually paid for the eligible project, not on the original quote if the project scope or price changes.

6. When the donation is paid

The donation will only be paid after:

  1. the customer’s project has been completed;

  2. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring has received full and final payment from the customer;

  3. the project has met the minimum eligible value of $4,000 excluding GST;

  4. the nominated organisation has been approved by Ringwood Blinds & Flooring; and

  5. the nominated organisation has provided any details reasonably required to receive the donation.

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring will aim to process eligible donations within a reasonable time after final payment has been received and the nominated organisation’s details have been confirmed.

7. Not valid with other offers

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ringwood Blinds & Flooring offer, promotion, discount, gift card, voucher, rebate, referral payment, special deal or package offer, unless Ringwood Blinds & Flooring agrees in writing.

If more than one offer could apply, Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may ask the customer to choose which offer they would like to use.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

If the customer cancels their project, does not proceed, does not pay in full, or receives a refund or credit, no donation will be payable, or the donation amount may be adjusted.

If the final project amount changes after the original quote, the donation will be calculated on the final amount actually paid by the customer, excluding GST.

9. No customer payment or personal benefit

The donation is made to the approved nominated organisation. The customer does not receive any cash payment, personal rebate, refund, credit or other personal financial benefit under this offer.

10. Customer rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or changes any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

11. Offer changes

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may change, pause or withdraw this offer at any time. Any eligible nomination already accepted by Ringwood Blinds & Flooring before the offer is changed or withdrawn will continue to be honoured, provided these Terms and Conditions are met.

12. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring’s decision

Ringwood Blinds & Flooring may make reasonable decisions about eligibility, organisation approval, offer application and donation calculation. Ringwood Blinds & Flooring will act fairly and in good faith when applying these Terms and Conditions.
